Zone4 Hove – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

All memberships at Zone4 Hove are based on class subscription packs. Members can choose from:

8-Class Pack (valid for 1 month)

12-Class Pack (valid for 1 month)

20-Class Pack (valid for 1 month)

Packs are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and renew automatically each month unless cancelled in advance.

2. Billing & Payments

Your initial membership is paid at the time of sign-up.

Subsequent payments are collected via direct debit monthly on a rolling basis.

If you wish to use a class pack for a single month only, you must cancel the auto-renewal at the time of purchase or before the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next payment date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused class credits within a monthly pack.

Once a payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued for that cycle.

4. Class Bookings, No-Shows & Late Cancellations

All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking platform.

If you fail to attend a booked session (a “no-show”), the class credit will be forfeited.

Late cancellations (made less than 12 hours before the session start time) will also result in the class credit being deducted.

Please cancel in good time to allow others to attend and to avoid losing your session.

5. Conduct & Safety

All training takes place under the supervision of our coaches. Members may not use the gym or equipment outside of scheduled sessions.

You are expected to follow all instructions provided by our staff to ensure a safe and positive environment.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend membership without refund in cases of unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

6. Liability & Waiver

By purchasing a membership, you agree to our waiver and assume responsibility for your own health and safety during all training sessions.

Zone4 Hove accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.

7. Data Privacy

All personal data is handled in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We do not share your data with third parties without consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email or through our website.
